At From Freya, every piece tells a story – and we truly hope that the one you’ve chosen feels just right for you. However, if for any reason it’s not the perfect fit, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- The original label or tag must still be attached.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
Please note that customized or made-to-order items are non-refundable, as these pieces are created specifically for you.
To request a return, please email us at return@fromfreya.org, within 14 days of receiving your order.
In your email, include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- A brief reason for the return (optional, but it helps us improve!)
Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you the return address and detailed instructions.
You’ll be responsible for covering your own shipping costs when returning your item.
We strongly recommend using a tracked postage service with delivery confirmation, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
We respect your privacy and will never sell or rent your personal information.
However, we may share daOnce we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days and automatically credited to your original method of payment.
Please allow some additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

- Items marked as final sale
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
