We currently ship all orders from three locations: the United Kingdom, Netherlands and Italy.
To ensure smooth and transparent delivery, please read the information below before placing your order.
Orders are shipped from:
- United Kingdom → via Royal Mail
- Netherlands → via PostNL
- Italy → via Poste Italiane
All parcels are shipped using the couriers’ standard tracked services.
Shipping fees are based on the origin country and the courier’s current standard rates.
The exact cost will be shown at checkout once you enter your address.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the weight of your order.
This means:
- Ordering multiple lightweight items may cost the same as a single heavier item
- Ordering heavier items may increase the final shipping fee
- Fees are calculated automatically during checkout based on courier rules
Because our items are shipped from different countries and couriers, pricing can vary between orders.
If your order contains items stored in different countries, they will be shipped separately, and each parcel will have its own shipping fee.
This ensures faster delivery and reduces the risk of delays.
All orders are prepared and dispatched within:
- 2 working days
Handling is done personally by our team in each country (UK, NL and IT).
Delivery times depend on the courier and destination. Typical estimates:
- Within the origin country: approximately 2-5 working days
- EU cross-border deliveries: 5-15 working days
Please note: These timeframes are estimates and may vary during busy seasons or due to courier delays.
Currently we don’t ship outside the EU. However, if that changes in the foreseeable future, for orders delivered outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or additional delivery fees charged by the destination country.
To avoid unexpected charges, we recommend EU customers purchase items shipped from within their own country whenever possible.
All shipments include tracking.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days from the shipping date (according to tracking information), please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
